As we prepare for our Community Group this fall amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions, here is a list of questions to discuss with your group members to help you and your group plan for what groups will look like in the fall.
The best option may be to call each group member/family to ask these questions, but you may also email them and then follow up with them about their response.
After hearing from all of your group members, you can formulate a plan for what your group may look like this fall (In-Person, Online, or a mixture of both).

Fall 2020 Community Group Meeting Survey
As we prepare for our Community Group this fall amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions, we’d like to get input from everyone in our group about what they would like meetings to look like this fall.
Could you reply to this email and answer the following questions?
After hearing from everyone in our group, we’ll work to formulate a plan for what our group may look like this fall (In-Person, Online, or a mixture of both).

In-Person with distancing (when able)
