Every Community Group Leader is assigned a Community Group Coach to offer support as you lead your group.
3 Ways Coaches Offer You Support
2 In-Person Meetings Each Year
As a leader your coach will meet with you and your coleaders 2 times a year over coffee, a meal, or at the church to catch up on how you are doing personally and to discuss how things are going with your group.
Anytime Contact with your Coach
In addition to meeting with your coach 2 times a year, your coach is available by phone or email at anytime. We’d love to pray for and with you for your group or schedule a time to meet up with you for further conversations.
Group Visits Each Year
Group visits give coaches a clearer picture of what is happening in your group as we offer support.
Group Coaches will visit each group each year to meet your group members, experience what your group is like, and to pick up practical ideas for leading groups that we can share with other groups.
Your coach will reach out to you about a potential date to visit your group. As a Group Leader, you can also request a visit from your coach throughout the year.
