Here are 6 important details to review as we plan for our final trimester of the groups year.

The Spring Trimester kicks off this Sunday, April 3rd and goes for 8 weeks, until May 28th.

Here is the current plan what we'll be preaching about each week of the spring trimester as you plan your group discussions.
4/3/22: Final Words - "It is Finished" - John 19:30

5/15/22: Revelation 6 - 8:5
5/22/22: Revelation 8:6-11:19
While the spring trimester will be over and we'll be on summer break, here is our plan for the rest of the Revelation series:
5/29/22: Revelation 12-14

Contact Your Group Members
Have you reached out to your group yet about plans for the Spring Trimester?
Have you put together a shared Volunteer Schedule of who is hosting, facilitating, and doing snack each week?
Take some time before you finish this email to text your group members about how they're doing and about plans for next week.
Contact Your Group Prospects
Did you get an email about someone interested in your group?
Do you have "pending prospects" on your group roster?
We would suggest reaching out to prospects 3 times with 3 different contact methods over 3 weeks (Text, Call, Email). If they don't respond after 3 attempts, then you can pass their name to your coach and we'll have our team attempt to connect with them.
In our experience, people respond best to text messages, so that may be the best first touch!
Communion In Group
We would love all groups to pick a week to celebrate communion together the 1st or 2nd week of May.
We have a box of communion elements for any group that would like some. Just reply to this email if you'd like some for your group and we'll get them to you. First come, first serve.
Not sure how to do communion in group? HERE are some suggestions.
8 Simple Steps To Raise Up New Leaders
At Re:Group on February 6th, we talked about the importance of Replacing Yourself as a Group Leader. (Miss Re:Group? Watch or Listen)
Here are 8 simple steps you can take to raise up potential leaders in your group as look forward to the next groups year:
1. Identify them
2. Pray for them
3. Have them over for dinner or a hangout outside of group
4. Assign them to facilitate discussion
5. Ask them to lead prayer time
6. Ask their advice about group planning
7. Ask them to help with weekly touches with group members
8. Invite them to consider becoming an Group Leader in the Fall
Which of these steps can you take this trimester to raise up leaders in your group?
How Can We Help?
How are you doing? Is there anything we can help with? Reach out to your coach.
If you haven't had a chance to meet up with your coach yet, we'd love to connect in-person or online.
