What Is Your Groups Plan for Winter?

Next week (January 17th) we begin our Winter Community Group Trimester.

Below we've included some resources to help you get started as well as a survey we'd like each group to fill out.

Winter Group Meeting Format Survey

As we look to connect new people to groups this winter, we'd like to make sure we have clarity on which groups are meeting in-person or online. We realize some groups may be shifting plans from what they were doing in the fall.

Can you click the button below to update us about what your meetings will look like this winter (In-Person, Hybrid, or Online)?

COVID-19 Update

As we mentioned at our Re:Group Kick-off, New York State is still limiting private gatherings to 10 people.

Here is their wording, "Indoor and outdoor gatherings at private residences are limited to no more than 10 people."

Unfortunately, depending on the size of your group, that may impact your plans for how you meet this winter.

If you are still planning to meet in-person, below is a link to the In-Person Meeting Recommendations Guide we put together this fall.

Curriculum Suggestions for Group Discussion

Still deciding on what to discuss with your group this winter? Check out the links below.

Here are the tentative dates for our upcoming sermon series:

  • Silver Linings - (January 10-31)

  • How to Be Rich (February 7-21)

  • Amazing Grace (February 28-March 7)

  • The Courtroom (March 14-April 4)

Growth Goals

How do you know if your group members are growing spiritually?

One of the clearest ways is to set goals, and track each others growth as you encourage each other to take a next step to look more like Jesus.

Have each group member set a goal in the first or second meeting, and then follow up with each other throughout the next few months.
